Designed for students of Classes 3, 4, and 5, Pathfinders is an exciting challenge that blends logic, problem-solving, and the fundamentals of coding into one engaging experience. Participants will be presented with a grid-based puzzle where a robot must navigate from its starting point to its destination avoiding obstacles along the way. Using a sequence of simple commands such as "MOVE FORWARD" and "TURN RIGHT" or "TURN LEFT", students will “program” the robot’s path, just like real world coding. With increasing levels of difficulty across classes larger grids, more obstacles, and limited command spaces students must think critically, plan efficiently, and execute these commands on paper precisely. The Top Three participants who complete the challenge with the most accurate solutions in the shortest time will be crowned winners! Pathfinders is more than just a competition it’s a journey into the world of programmable thinking, where creativity meets logic and every move counts.
